MOULANA NASEERUDDIN ADMITTED IN A PRIVATE HOSPITAL IN OLD CITY DUE TO HEAVY DIABETICS: Hyderabad police harassment to Muslims youths: Muqeemuddin Yaser and Baleequddin Jaber the two Sons of Moulana Naseeruddin who were recently released after 4 years and 2 months from Indore Jail,Madhya Pradesh after acquittal by Honble Indore Court are being harassed by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) a wing of Hyderabad Police (Andhra Pradesh). The SIT on instruction from their bosses had filed a petition in Hyderabad Court for cancellation of Bail granted in Crime No: 882/2008 of Saifabad Police Station in a fabricated case of attack on Gujarat Police near DGP Office during the arrest of Moulana Naseeruddin in which Mujahed Saleem s/o Moulana Abdul Aleem who was shot dead by Gujarat Police..... A counter FIR was lodge by the relatives of Mujahed Saleem in Saifabad Police Station against Gujarat Police for killing him but the Hyderabad Police had not once gone to Gujarat to arrest the culprits.All the accused in Mujahid Saleem case are languishing in Sabarmathi Jail in Sohrabuddin-Kauser Bee- Prajapati fake encounter case.The Hyderabad Police have to just produce the court warrant to the Sabarmathi Jail authorities and bring the culprits to Hyderabad and present them in Court.....The Hyderabad police did not do the same for last 4 Years and started harressing the two sons of Moulana Naseeruddin...... Where as Sri Asaduddin Owaisi (MP) & President AIMIM have time to go and meet Mrs Vijayamma (Working President ) YSRC Party in the Assembly premises yesterday and he did not have time either to go to Moulana Naseeruddin house or raise his voice against the harassment of Hyderabad Police.Moulana Naseeruddin house falls under Hyderabad Parliament which is represented by him.He has time to go to Assam but he is not having time for......CHIRAG TALE ANDHERA. Even Sri. Ahamed Balala (MLA) Malakpet Assembly Constituency & Sri. Minhajuddin (Corporator) Akber Bagh Division both of MIM Party under whos jurisdiction the house of Moulana Naseeruddin comes did not have the courtesy to visit the house after release of his two sons...... MBT strongly protest the act of SIT for harassing the Muslim Youths.Mr Amjed Ullah Khan (Corproator) asked the Commissioner of Police,Hyderabad what was the need to apply for cancellation of Bail for the above two sons of Moulana Naseeruddin when they were produced before the court and the they were granted bail.Mr Khan asked the Hyderabad Police why so much interest was not shown for bringing Mr. Narender Kumar Amin and other Gujarat police officers since last 4 Years who are accused in Mujahid Saleem case to Hyderabad. Mr Khan also demanded a CBI Inquiry into the shifting of Hyderabad Muslim Youths to other states including the two sons of Moulana Naseeruddin by the Andhra Pradesh Police officers without investigating the cases.Many Muslim Youths who were handed over by Andhra Pradesh Police to Gujarat,Maharashtra,Karnataka,Delhi,Jammu & Kashmir,etc all had been acquitted by the Honble Courts after serving 5-7 years in prisons.Mr Khan said there is a deep routed conspiracy between police officers working in different states to harass the Muslim Youths.By shifting Muslim Youths to other states as accused may find their parents and other family members difficult in fighting the cases legally and even they will have a hard time for mulqats in Jail.
