Majlish Bachao Tahreek (MBT) condoles death of Justice Sardar Ali Khan:



Justice Mohammed Sardar Ali Khan expired today at 8:00 AM. He was admitted in Yashoda Hospital, Malakpet Namaze Janaza will be at Masjid Hazrath Peer O Mursheed Syed Attan Shahab Mehdavi, Chanchalguda at 10:00 PM and burial at Grave Yard Hazrath Syed Raj Mohammed (RA), Chanchalguda.

The sad demise of legal luminary, statesmen, vocal voice of Human Rights for the oppressed & suppressed people has created an irreparable, irrevocable damage to the cause of voiceless people and this vacuum cannot be fulfilled for decades to come. In his demise particularly the Hyderabadies has lost an iconic son who represented culturally, Intellectually, Ideologically, who promoted interfaith peace harmony at every level from local stages to the international floras and was a strong voice of saner society in times of crises & clashes. He used to rise above all situations and preached the “Ganga Jamuni Tahzeeb” of the Deccan plateau and a symbol, Ideologue, inspiration for generations to come to take society to the higher realms of human values which Justice Mohammed Sardar Ali Khan as a student of Islamic law exhibited all his learning’s in his acts and deeds which got to be emulated by every Muslim to project positive face of Islam in a era where campaign of disinformation is being carried out against Islam. He was a guide and Philosopher for many Muslim & secular organization and shaped and influence late Gazi-E-Millat Alhaj Md Aman Ullah Khan (founder MBT) and helped in fighting the injustices meted out to the oppressed & suppressed Muslims.

Who were a retired Judge and Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Andhra     Pradesh. He was the President of the Andhra Pradesh State Legal Aid & Advisory Board. He served as President of Andhra Pradesh Judicial Academy from 1991-92, He was Dean of the Faculty of Law at Osmania University from 1984-91 and President of the Board of Management at Nizam College from 1994-96.He was a member and elected Vice-Chairman of the U.N Sub-Commission on the Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities, and a Member of the U.N.Working Group on Minorities, representing the Asian Continent. He has also served as the Chairman of the National Commission for Minorities and is an ex-officio member of the National Commission for Human Rights under the Government of India.
